Our Story

Chef Arthur Grigoryan is an Armenian chef with over 12 years of culinary experience. His journey began in France, where he spent two years immersing himself in the strict discipline of French fine dining and wine, working at renowned establishments such as Drouant by Antoine Westermann and Chateau Siaurac in Bordeaux.

After honing his craft abroad, he returned home to Los Angeles and worked for Nancy Silverton at both Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza before branching off and starting Yerord Mas in 2018. Today, he blends that classical technical precision with his cultural roots, leading a kitchen dedicated to heritage Armenian cuisine.

Our cuisine reflects our philosophy: respect heritage, embrace technique, and create food that tells a story. With each dish, we continue to build on a culinary journey that connects the Armenian Highlands, Mesopotamia, Egypt, the Levant, and California.
